If you have an alien registration card and your Korean visa will be valid after you come back,
you are eligible to buy traveler’s insurance when you travel outside of Korea(except to your home country).

2) Traveler’s insurance for the Schengen visa application
( Minimum coverage of at least 30,000 EUR )
The insurance shall be valid throughout the territory of the Schengen countries and cover the entire period of the person’s intended stay .
