Document Authentication by Chinese embassy in Korea
Do you want to have documents ( such as a Background check certificate ) authenticated
by the Chinese Embassy in Korea to apply for a work visa in China?

Required documents:
1. Background Check Certificate ( Criminal Records )
issued by Korean National Police Agency
2. Passport (and ARC ) copy
3. Application form ( Please ask it by an email )
Procedure:
The Background Check Certificate will be
1) Translated in Chinese
2) Notarized by a Notary public which has been authorized by the Minister of Justice, Republic of Korea
3) Verified and sealed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea
4) Authenticated and sealed by The Chinese Embassy in Korea
Total Cost: 160,000 won
Process duration : 1 week or so
If it was issued in Korea, not only the Background Check Certificates
but also University diplomas and career certificates can be authenticated,
so please email us if you have any questions.
Attention:
Many people put Chinese Embassy in Korea as submitting agency on the Background Check Certificate by mistake.
제출기관( Submitting agency ) must not be 주한중국대사관 ( Chinese Embassy in Korea )
Because The Chinese Embassy in Korea is just an agency that will authenticate this document.
The 제출기관 submitting agency should be the public agency in China ( e.g : 중국 노동국 Ministry of Labor in China)
where this document will be actually and finally submitted.
